This is us... or soon to be us... "The Painted Nose Tribe" "Sanctuary". The Sanctuary part is in the process of becoming a 501(c)3 because it seemed to be the only option for both the people who loved these cats that had nowhere to go and to give the cats a chance at something than just "better than nothing". "Better than nothing" is all we have to offer right now.It is nice to know that you live among family, neighbors that happen to be family, that care about the things you care about. When a large contingent of cats started showing up either pregnant or with a Tom cat close behind with that in mind for the female cats... they needed help.Everyone to the left or the right of us pitched in and we made it through the first summer with Molly and her two surviving kittens; Eve and Rosie.
